CANCELLATION POLICY
At Divine Healing, we take a client-centered approach and reserve dedicated time for each session to ensure the highest quality of care. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, allowing us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
All services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your prepayment may be applied toward a future service.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment is considered a no-show and will be subject to the same policy. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to allow time to check in and prepare for your session.
All payments and prepayments must be used within one year of the original purchase date.
