The Divine Healing's client-centered approach requires that we have enough time scheduled with our clients. We require a 48-hour notice of your cancellation to allow us time to schedule another client during that time. You, the client, will be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee for missed visits cancelled less than 48-hours in advance or if you no call no show. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment that will be considered a no call no show as well. The Divine Healing recommends that clients arrive to their scheduled appointments at least 5 minutes early.
